A file that stores macro-enabled slide shows and presentations. It was introduced together with the development of PowerPoint 2007. PPTM stores audio, video, images and text with different formatting styles. The file contains an XML structure and can handle embedded macros. To use embedded macros in PPTX, you must first save the file as .PPTM.
This format was developed by Apple for storing vector and bitmap images with metadata. It was the main format for the QuickDraw graphics software. PCT supports 32-bit and 24-bit images. At the moment, the format is obsolete and has been superseded by more functional solutions.
