Larger files or more complex codecs require additional credits. You can track your credit usage in your account dashboard, and you are charged only for conversions that complete successfully.

You can easily cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account page.
You won’t be charged for your next billing cycle, and you’ll be able to keep using the account until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Yes, your files will be 100% secure. All communications between your device and our servers are done within secure channel (SSL) with HSTS enabled, which prevents data to be altered or diverted. Files are bound to your IP, so only the user, who initiated the conversion, can get the output file.

Since we offer a free tier to all users, we do not issue refunds for subscriptions once you decided to upgrade to premium. Please review our Refund Policy and test our service thoroughly before making a purchase decision.
