PRC (Product Representation Compact) est un format de fichier 3D qui peut être utilisé pour intégrer des données 3D dans un fichier PDF. Ce format hautement compressé facilite le stockage de différentes représentations d'un modèle 3D. Par exemple, vous pouvez enregistrer uniquement une représentation visuelle composée de polygones (une tessellation), ou vous pouvez enregistrer la géométrie exacte du modèle (données B-rep). Des niveaux de compression variables peuvent être appliqués aux données CAO 3D lorsqu'elles sont converties au format PRC à l'aide d'Adobe Acrobat 3D.
