Conversion credits indicate the amount of server time required to process your file. Most photo and document conversions use a single credit. Larger files or more complex codecs require additional credits. You can track your credit usage in your account dashboard, and you are charged only for conversions that complete successfully.

Will I be locked into a contract?

You can easily cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account page.
You won’t be charged for your next billing cycle, and you’ll be able to keep using the account until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

How can I pay?
